Yeah, there’s a lot of us about at the moment. ‍Everybody and their nan wants to be a graphic designer, and in the age of AI, does anyone even need one anymore?

In a visually busy world, making things easy to understand, and beautiful, is more important than ever. ENTHUSIASTS is on a mission to advise and educate organisations to use communication & design successfully.

But it's not just colouring-in for a living. Intertwining language and tone-of-voice with visual design creates work which connects with audiences on a deeper level. What’s the point of making something look pretty if it sounds really boring?
Great ideas produce authentic stories, elicit emotional responses and foster real connections. This helps your audience really understand what you do, how you do it and why you do it. And once people really get you, they’re more likely to engage, give you their cash or recommend you. Ideally, they’ll do all three.

We think original ideas are the best way to get yourself noticed. We're specialists in original idea generation - sketching, scribbling and staying up all night until we discover something new.
Big ideas don’t always come from big agencies, and effective design shouldn’t be reserved for the Fortune 500. We're determined to prove working with a small studio can still have big impact.

ENTHUSIASTS is a plucky upstart, with no backing or savings, running on grit, hope & joy. Every project is promised big ideas, huge amounts of energy and a hell of a lot of fun.
Who the hell is running this circus anyway?
[Joe] have always been described as, if nothing else, enthusiastic. Hence the name of this practice. He also excels at writing about himself in the third person, as evidenced below.

Joe is a multi-disciplinary creative, specialising in original idea generation. Throughout his career in agency and in-house teams, he has tried his hand at various disciplines for a range of sectors, picking up recognition from Design Week and BIMA along the way. Joe specalises in working with young people, educational institutions and charities. He also co-founded The Egalitarian in 2020.
